As part of a forward-looking vision to leverage AI for enhanced government operations, the goal was to improve performance by investing in cutting-edge AI solutions and strengthening collaboration among government entities, all toward a shared vision to enhance citizens’ experience.

We led a high-intensity design sprint rooted in foresight, design thinking, and systems mapping to shape the program, starting from Dubai’s future vision and working backward. Through rapid exercises, teams identified critical challenges, mapped AI-driven solutions, and aligned on high-impact priorities.

Unlocked cross-functional collaboration and enabled deep exploration of the three most promising AI solutions, setting the stage for targeted prototyping, along with team charters, defined roles, and a roadmap for strategic implementation.
