The Desired Outcome
To determine the challenges and opportunities of creating a more
sustainable future in the Urban Environment – understood as Built
Environment, Transport and Energy sectors
What we Did
The ecosystem was mapped and input and outputs were understood
through qualitative interviews. The ecosystem was brought together for
workshops to enrich findings, map interdependencies and to envision the
future.
Three workshops were conducted under Built Environment, Land
Transport and Energy themes. Over 60 participants from government,
corporate, start-up, academia and civil society were involved, and the
workshops helped to create rich and detailed insights around both
challenges and opportunities
The Outcome
Insights were developed iteratively and classified across
regulatory, finance, awareness and technology challenges and
used to enrich overall recommendations
